Driving in the Parks/Conservations Areas.

• For clients’ safety and that of the wildlife, our Safari Driver Guides are not allowed to exceed a speed of 50KPH in the parks, while the speed limit inside the Ngorongoro Crater is strictly 25KPH.
• Game viewing from vehicles is restricted to designated tracks/ roads and driving off-road is not allowed except in specified areas; please check with your Guide.
• Night driving is not allowed in the parks {from 1900hrs morning to 0600hrs in the evening}, except where night game drives are permitted like in Lake Manyara and Tarangire National Parks.

Consider the below notes while in the National Parks:

• Do not take water from any natural sources in the park/conservation.
• Please put your trash in authorized sites only in order not to litter the parks/conservation.
• Put burning cigarettes and butts in your vehicle’s ashtrays.
• Do not remove any animate or inanimate object from the park/conservation.
• Do not bring any animals or any plants to the parks/conservation.
• Do not bring any poison, weapons, explosives, or any object of that kind into the Parks.
• Do not get out of your vehicle, or hang out of the windows near any animal.
• Do not kill, harass, disturb, feed, or interfere with wildlife or vegetation.
• Do not take photographs of Maasai or any local people. Please ask your Driver/Guide for assistance if you wish to do so; a small fee may be applicable.

Children Policy

• Children on accommodations are considered in a range of 5 – 11 years old and 50% discount of per person adult on a Double/ Twin rate applies, while 4 years and below its free of charge (FOC) and above 11 years full adult rate applies.
• 5–11 years children when it will occupy their own room, their discount will be 25% instead of 50%. In some of the accommodation categories, when a child or children occupy their own room, full adult rate applies.
• National Parks and conservations areas, they consider children on age range of 5 – 15 years and discount apply to them, while below 5 years no charges (FOC) and above 15 years are considered as adults and full adult rate applies to them.
• The quoted children’s rates above applies when they share with a minimum of 2 Adults. The total number, including the Adults they share with, should not exceed 7 travellers who which is a maximum occupancy of travellers the safari vehicle can accommodate. This policy applies to those who are travelling together/ belongs to one family

Payment Policy:

All bookings require a down payment to be confirmed and guaranteed. The percentage for the same varies depending on the accommodation type from standard to luxury as follows.

• Standard Accommodations: 30% required to confirm the booking, payment to be done within 7 days after receiving the Invoice, the final payment to be done 25 days prior to arrival date.
• Mid-range Accommodations: 30% required to confirm the booking, payment to be done within 7 days after receiving the Invoice, the final payment to be done 35 days prior to arrival date.
• Luxury Accommodations: 30% required to confirm the booking, payment to be done within 7 days after receiving the Invoice, the final payment to be done 45 days prior to arrival date
• The above policies only apply to all the bookings made and confirmed for a more than 50 days prior to their arrival date.
• Please note that, all the bookings made and confirmed 50 days or less prior to the arrival date will require full payment.

Means Of Payment Currency Accepted

• Our clients can either pay Cash in USD, EURO & GPB currencies or do a Bank transfers/ deposits from any currency into our USD Bank Account.
• When doing a bank transfer from a different currency apart from USD, check the current exchange rate to ensure that we receive a correct amount as per the Invoice.
• Also, note that, our Bank does not charge any incoming funds, in case we receive less amount after your payment, you will be required to clear the same due upon your arrival.
• Please ensure that as a sender of payment, being responsible for all fund’s transfer’s chargers so that the receiver can receive exact amount as per the Invoice. The receiver, will be responsible for all possible withdrawing chargers.

Amendment & Cancellation Policy:

• Kindly be informed that all Amendments and Cancellations should only be done in writing and will be accordingly applied based on the time we receive the notification for the same.
• To avoid unnecessary delays on client’s refund, we encourage them not to cancel their trips but to postpone. Otherwise, should they cancel, we will apply their cancellation based on our policy.
• Any amendments which fall under the category of adding the services will affect the price change (increase/ decrease) and will also be subject to availability. E.g. Adding number of Pax, adding number of Safari days and other alike.
• Should the guest reduce any of the services after confirmation which will lead to reducing a number of vehicle/ rooms and other alike, this case will be treated same as cancellation.

Note:

1. For reservations that are cancelled or amended to reduce duration of safari or for no show, (hereby collectively called “cancellations”) are subject to “Cancellation” and “No Show” fees at the discretion of the management and under the following terms:
   • Confirmation date – No charges up to 31 days prior to arrival
   • 30–15 days: 50% of booking value.
   • 14–7 days: 75% of the booking value.
   • 6 days or less including no show: 100% of the booking value
2. In all cases, notification of cancellations must be submitted in writing through email to Mozeti Tours and Safaris
3. The ‘Receiving date’ will be the date the cancellation has been received.
